Scott Raskin
CEO
As a dynamic business executive with more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, Scott is strengthening Mindjet´s position as the leading maker of software and on-line services that enable people to visually organize, communicate and act on their ideas.
Scott´s operational expertise, focus on innovative products, and value-added partner initiatives are propelling rapid growth in Mindjet´s increasingly connected and passionate user community. Mindjet´s geographic expansion and product diversification, under Scott´s tenure, has made visual thinking and planning accessible to a much wider audience. Mindjet has sold more than one million global licenses to date.
Scott came to Mindjet after 5 years at Telelogic, where he served Chief Operating Officer. At Telelogic, Scott led the company through several strategic acquisitions and extensive organic growth with more than 1,200 employees and operations in more than 30 countries. Under Scott´s leadership, Telelogic transformed from a Requirements Management and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) company to become the leading global provider of software and services for Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM). Recognizing Telelogic´s phenomenal growth and value proposition, International Business Machines (IBM), acquired the company in April 2008 for $845 million.
Before joining Telelogic, Scott held senior marketing, sales and business management roles at Nexgenix, Bachman Information Systems and MAI Basic Four.

Greg Brown
Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Service
Greg Brown brings more than 15 years of sales and management experience to Mindjet. Prior to Mindjet, Brown was Senior Vice President of Sales & Alliances for PivotLink Corporation, the leader in on-demand business intelligence solutions. Before PivotLink, Brown spent almost eight years helping to build WebEx Communications, the leader in on-demand collaborative applications, into one of the largest Software as a Service (SaaS) companies in the world. At WebEx, Brown held various executive-level positions and was most recently responsible for Sales & Alliances in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he grew the business from $13 million in revenue to more than $40 million in two years. Prior to WebEx, Brown was Vice President of Sales for Pulse Technologies, where he was responsible for the successful development, launch, and execution of the company's sales program. Greg earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from California Polytechnic State University.

Mike Duensing
Vice President, Engineering
Mike Duensing leads Mindjet’s engineering and development teams. Duensing brings 24 years of experience building highly effective software and systems development organizations to Mindjet. As a SaaS expert, he has broken new ground in building large-scale, cloud-based computing systems that effectively handle reams of complex data and information in dynamic ways. Duensing joins Mindjet from EMC Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Development Operations for the company’s content management and archiving business. While at EMC, he increased product quality and enhanced company efficiencies while constructing engineering teams with hundreds of members working on more than 70 products in 21 distributed development centers.
Duensing led teams that contributed product architecture to scale to billions of objects and hundreds of millions of transactions per day at EMC, and also at Documentum before it was acquired by EMC in 2003. Prior to his tenure at Documentum he was Vice President of Engineering and co-founder of Synteleos, an Internet-based software company where Duensing pioneered the first generally available and most widely used SaaS collaboration and transaction management system for the North American real estate market. Earlier, at Standard & Poor’s, he led the way on development of the company’s first SaaS products, which were commercial successes in the financial, oil and gas, and real estate markets. Duensing earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ken Hirschman
Vice President, Business Development & General Counsel
Ken Hirschman brings 15 years of legal experience to Mindjet, having created, built and managed the legal functions of multiple Bay Area technology companies. In addition, Ken has cross-trained in several capacities during his career, spearheading business development, corporate development, compliance, lobbying and other strategic initiatives while also overseeing legal matters. Prior to Mindjet, Ken served as Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel of Goodmail Systems, an email certification company. Before Goodmail, Ken served as Vice President and General Counsel of Digital Impact, an internet marketing company, from the company’s initial public offering through its sale in 2005 following the company’s successful defense of a hostile tender offer. Prior to that, Ken worked on initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions in the New York and Menlo Park offices of the international law firm Shearman & Sterling. Ken holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Cornell Law School.

Neil Mendelson
Vice President, Products
Neil Mendelson is responsible for managing all current and future Mindjet products and technologies. Possessing an uncanny ability to foresee areas of growth, Mendelson brings more than 20 years of experience creating and seeding product categories and building business. He joins Mindjet from Business Objects, where he was responsible for a $1 billion product portfolio, led the company’s entry into the mid-market and led development of its first software-as-a-service offerings. Mendelson previously spent 17 years at Oracle. He served as vice president of product management and product marketing and was responsible for the company’s business intelligence and data warehousing products, which grew into a $2 billion business under his leadership. Mendelson has logged more than 2 million miles managing global teams in India, Japan, France, US, Canada, the Netherlands and Ireland.

Kate Milner
Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
Kate Milner leads Mindjet’s marketing efforts around the globe. Known for innovation in the field of integrated marketing, Kate has provided strategic marketing leadership aimed at driving bottom-line business growth for 15 years. Before coming to Mindjet Kate was Director of Marketing, Europe for Cisco’s WebEx Technology Group, the global leader in on-demand collaboration technologies. Prior to Cisco’s acquisition of WebEx, Kate was Director of Marketing, EMEA for WebEx Communications, where she was responsible for marketing programs, market growth and market penetration across the region. In three years at WebEx, Kate more than doubled the market growth in Europe and made it the fastest growing region in the company. Prior to WebEx, Kate was co-owner of Liquid Marketing, an integrated marketing agency, where she built a practice spearheading marketing strategy, online and offline advertising and brand positioning for global B2B and B2C companies. From the growth and success of Liquid Marketing, the agency was acquired as the strategic integrated marketing arm for DigitalGrit, a search engine marketing agency. At DigitalGrit Kate was Director of National Account Strategy, responsible for developing ROI-based marketing programs for the company’s largest clients and growing the integrated marketing practice. Kate also held positions at SF Interactive and Ogilvy. Kate earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and education from Bucknell University.

Uwe Richter
Vice President & General Manager, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
Uwe Richter brings 19 years of experience in sales and management functions from leading business intelligence and performance management companies to Mindjet. Prior to Mindjet, he managed the CPM Business Unit in EMEA at Infor Global Solutions with a total of 250 employees. From 1989 to mid 2006, he was instrumental in establishing Cognos in Germany, where he drove growth in his last five years as Area VP for Central and Eastern Europe. Uwe graduated in 1988 with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universities of Dortmund and Bochum.
